Lipstick is EVERYTHING!!!!

Lets be honest, lips are always the finishing touch when applying makeup. Lips could either make a statement or compliment your eye makeup. There are a couple rules with using lipstick. The very first rule is to always have moisturized lips. It's not a good look when you are wearing lipstick with chapped lips. I personally like using my EOS ball. After the first task is done, now you have to decide whether or not to do a bright or neutral lipstick. Ladies, the only way you could really pull off a bright lipstick color is if your eye makeup doesn't have a dramatic eyeshadow color, your eyeshadow is neutral for example, a black smokey eye, or if your not wearing makeup at all. Wearing orange eyeshadow and bright pink lips is a big NO NO unless your on a runway. Neutral lipsticks like, nudes and browns, have no rules. They can be worn with any and everything. Bright eyeshadow; no eyeshadow, you name it! Also to add some definition to your lipstick you could match your lipstick with a lip liner. For instance, my favorite lipstick is the Milani number 07 Best Red and I either match it with my L'oreal Red Wine or my dark brown lip liner just to give it a different look. Trust me beauties, lip lines actually do add a statement to your lips.
